Focus.pro is designed as a fully scalable distributed system, allowing for an unlimited number of logging and post-production workstations. All data is synchronized in real-time across all stations, and a dedicated cloud ensures global access to logs from any location.
The system operates with three permission levels:
The logger workstation in the Focus.pro system includes a computer and video preview. Loggers have advanced tools for describing events:
Administrators can create an unlimited number of tags in defined groups (e.g., events, locations, emotions). Tags are instantly synchronized across all workstations and can be color-coded to enhance interface readability.
A special category of tags enables person identification with group divisions (e.g., hosts, participants) and the ability to attach profile photos.
Each log has a unique timecode that allows precise material location. Additionally, the system enables rating logs by assigning "hearts" or stars, allowing content evaluation at the logging stage.

Focus.pro offers a comprehensive search system, enabling filtering of logs and stories by:
The system provides intuitive keyboard shortcuts for loggers, which can be configured by the administrator.
Focus.pro guarantees precise synchronization of logs with video material through LTC timecode. The timecode is delivered to the Focus.pro server and then distributed via network to all logger workstations. Timecode implementation details are established during pre-production.
The system allows preview of video materials correlated with logs directly in the application. For optimal performance, proxy files should be prepared in H.264 codec, with the specified naming format:
